Project Explorer View

ISPW projects give users a convenient way to organize resources in a central location. Projects create a logical organization of code artifacts (source, copybooks, JCL) and, by pointing to existing mainframe resources, projects allow users to meet specific workflow needs. Working with projects helps developers define a scope of work, enables team sharing functionality, and allows use of Eclipse project functionality. Using projects provides a more natural workflow than using ISPW views, but the user has the choice of which method to use. Projects appear in the Project Explorer and can be shared with other team members.
