Deployment View


The ISPW Deployment view shows deployment requests and their status. It is also used to drill into a deploy request and view deployment packages and items.

To open the ISPW Deployment view

Do one of the following:

  • In a view that supports tasks, right-click the task and select View Deployments for the Set.
  • From the Set view, click deploymentview.png or right-click the task and select View Deployments for the Set.
  • From the Task History view, right-click any entry with Implement in the Operation column and select View Deployments for the Set.
  • From the Window menu, select Show View>Other>ISPW>ISPW Deployment.

To understand the ISPW Deployment view status messages

The table below describes the possible values for the ISPW Deployment view status.

Message

Explanation

Planned

The deploy requests is planned. This occurs when the set is locked and ISPW determines the required deployments.

Confirmed

All deploy requests have been confirmed. This occurs when the set processing for the life cycle is complete.

Staged

Staging is complete for all deploy packages. The components are staged to a staging warehouse ready for implementation.

Implemented

Implementing is complete for all deploy packages; activation is still required on at least one.

Completed

All deploy packages are complete.

Failed

One or more packages failed to deploy .

Terminated

The deployment request has been manually terminated.
