- From the File menu, select New. The New wizard appears. Toggle open the Compuware node, select Compuware Source Listing Datasets, and click Next. The Create Source Listing Datasets page appears.
- Complete the fields on the page and click Finish to create the dataset. Notification appears in the Console view when the create command is issued and again upon creation to refresh any filters that may now match the created datasets. A notification dialog box also appears stating the datasets were created.
When the shared directory and database datasets are created, the cluster appears in Host Explorer with, which can be expanded to show the data component details. Data component datasets and indexes are created in parallel to the cluster but do not appear in the tree view. All actions regarding DDIO source are executed on the cluster dataset.
Note: The Source Listings page cannot be used to create additional databases on an existing shared directory.
