Update z/OS PARMLIB

TOPAZD, which handles communication, is running under TSO(IKJEFT01). As such, any APF-authorized programs or commands it uses must be defined in IKJTSOxx. The TSO PARMLIB command can be used to identify the active IKJTSOxx member and dynamically update the TSO/E member.

Perform these steps:

  1. Update IKJTSOxx.

    1. Add RFVRAPL, SSMGCRE, and MSMSGQ as authorized TSO programs.
