TCP/IP commands


Use the TSO NETSTAT commands to display the configuration and network status on your TCP/IP stack.

TSO NETSTAT ALLCON FORMAT LONG (PORT xxxx)

Where xxxx is the Topaz Connect TCP/IP port number of your installation (see Topaz Connect parameters).

TSO NETSTAT TTLS CO xxxx

Where xxxx is the connection ID you can get from the first command. If the session is not secure, you will get the following message from the second command.

MVS TCP/IP NETSTAT CS V1R13      TCPIP Name: TCPIP

If the session is actually secure, you get something like the following example from the second command:

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
