JBS | Job Binding Services | Provides operational facilities to manage Job Binding Agents. |
JBS | Mellon Bank Compatibility | Provides the facilities to replicate the $DC, $DR, $QA, and $QD commands. |
JCS | Job Chaining Services | Provides operational facilities to display information and release JCS jobs. |
JLS | Job Limiting Services | Provides operational facilities to manage Job Limiting Agents. |
JOB | Job Services | Provides the facilities required for Operations to display general information about jobs. |
JSS | Job Setup Services | Provides operational facilities to display and manage jobs using JSS. |
JTS | Job Timing Services | Controls when a job is made available for JES2 job selection. |
MHS | Multi-hold Services | Provides facilities to hold and release job by category and with annotation. |
SPS | SYSOUT Printing Services | Provides the facilities needed to print Volume Lists and Alerts using JES2 SYSOUT. |
TBL | Table Support Facility | Provides facilities to manage external tables used in JAL and DAL. |
TM | ThruPut Manager | Under the TM (ThruPut Manager) function ID there are a number of commands grouped. They normally apply to overall environmental aspects of ThruPut Manager (e.g. activation of tracing, enabling of components.) |
UCS | User Control Services | Provides facilities to display UCS setting and to control the way that UCS handles the arrival time for jobs that have been released from MHS_USER hold. |
VOL | Volume List Services | Provides facilities to define the status of certain volumes (e.g. “unavailable”). |
XCFM | XCF Communications Manager | Manages communications between different instances of ThruPut Manager using the cross-system coupling facility (XCF). |
