Issue
A JES2 catastrophic error DP2 occurs when you install IBM PTFs UJ08142, UJ08143, or UJ08144 for APAR OA62439 without reassembling and relinking the ThruPut Manager source stubs.
Resolution
After installing IBM PTFs UJ08142, UJ08143, or UJ08144 for APAR OA62439, reassemble and relink DTMJ2MV7 and DTMJ2SV7 ThruPut Manager source stubs.
The updated modules DTMJ2MV7 and DTMJ2SV7 can be installed dynamically without an IPL as follows:
- Issue the MVS command: F LLA,REFRESH
- Issue the ThruPut Manager command: ADS R JES2EXITS
