Automated Capacity Management

If your datacenter has sub-capacity pricing arrangements or implemented IBM's Tailored Fit Pricing with IBM, or participating independent software vendors, Automated Capacity Management (ACM) allows your datacenter to lower monthly software license fees, by controlling the batch load at peak times, based on the 4-hour rolling average of CPU usage, CPC busy, MVS busy or the usage of the TFP-HW capacity corridor.

This facility is explained in more detail in the Automated capacity management guide.
