Module is Now in QA
When USER01 does the Approval, module TREXX03 is then promoted from STG1 to the QA level and deleted from the STG1 level.
Steps 7 and 8: Approve/Promote
Approve Again, then Promote to Production
The same process applies to go up the final level from QA to Production. This time, a different Approval Group called OPS must sign off.
Many sites have requirements for different staff to approve promotions to different levels, as well as requiring two or more approvers in stringent cases. This example just shows ISPW’s flexibility.
