General Data
C – Comment File
This option is used to define the bulletin boards or comment files used by an organization. They may be set up at the corporate or departmental level, or even for special interest groups. It is more useful at sites that do not have an electronic mail product, because it can provide some of those functions (although not as elegantly).

General Notes

- O – operations functions.
To add to the table or make changes, enter a C beside an entry in update mode. If you change the alias, a new command will be added to the table.
