Report print

After you have browsed the Compare report, File-AID displays the following figure, allowing you to print the report.

  • Press Enter to exit without printing the Compare report.
  • Change the Print Compare Report field to Y (Yes) and press Enter to exit and print the Compare report.
  • If Y (yes) is selected to print the compare report, any change to number of lines/page will NOT reformat the compare report. The report format is determined by the values in effect during report generation.
  • Press PF3 (or use the End primary command) to exit without printing the report.

Print Compare Report

Specify whether you want to print the Compare report.

Y

Print the Compare report.

N

(Default) Do not print the Compare report.
