Data Analyzer function

The Data Analyzer function includes the Date Pattern Analysis, Data Validation, and Data Analysis functions. This function is accessed by selecting option 3 from the Primary Option Menu. File-AID/Data Solutions Data Analyzer function enables users to analyze and validate data fields.

Formatted Criteria controls the analysis process. Data Analyzer results can be viewed online or in batch mode.

Input and Output Specifications

The input and output options are the same for each Data Solutions function. See Input Specification and Output Specification for a sample and field descriptions for these screens. In addition, the Criteria Menu is displayed within each Data Solutions function. See Criteria Menu for a description of the Criteria Menu.
