Edit Entry Name dialog box

Use the Edit Entry Name dialog box to change names in the Entry Name column of the Code Split - Run dialog box. These names will be used for your complement and extract program(s).

By default, the Code Splitter gives the complement the same name as the PROGRAM-ID name. The last character of the extract program name (the suffix) is either alphabetic or numeric, depending on what you specify in the Code Split – Settings dialog box.

To change an entry name

  1. In the Code Split - Run dialog box, select the name in the Entry Name column.
  2. Click Edit Name. The Edit Entry Name dialog box appears.
  3. Enter a new name and click OK.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
