Favorites
You can easily add your favorite searches to the Favorites menu. In addition, the Metadata Analyzer comes with several favorite searches built into your Favorites menu. These include the following:
- Merge rules completed
- Merge rules not completed
- Program learn status of pending (only applies to COBOL and PL/I programs)
- Program learn status of failed (only applies to COBOL and PL/I programs)
To add favorites
- Make sure that the Search Criteria bar reflects the criteria you want to save as a favorite.
- From the Favorites menu, select Add to Favorites. The Add Favorite dialog box appears.
- Type a name for this favorite and click OK. The favorite search is saved in the Favorites directory.
To access favorites
From the Favorites menu, do one of the following:
- Select the search from the list of your last five searches.
- Select More to open the Select Favorite dialog box. Select a search and click OK.
The Metadata Analyzer reruns the selected search and populates the Metadata Analyzer window.
To remove favorites
- From the Favorites menu, select Remove Favorites. The Remove Favorites dialog box appears.
Select the favorite search(es) you want to remove and click Remove.
