DBCTL
If you have found that a user task is waiting on resource name DLSUSPND with resource type DBCTL, and resource name DLSUSPND, the task has made a DL/I request. It has been suspended by CICS while the request is serviced by DBCTL. If the task has not resumed, the request has not been completed.
