SVC 130

SVC 130 is a Type 3 SVC issued by the RACHECK macro and checks a user's RACF authorization. The RACHECK routine determines if a user is authorized to use a resource protected by RACF.

RACF performs system authorization checking when the RACHECK macro executes.
