Batch utilities


To create and maintain all forms of DDIO files, including both BMC AMI DevX Abend-AID report files and source files, the following batch utilities are available:

CWDDALLU

CWDDALLU creates and maintains all the various types of DDIO files handled by the following four utilities, and can be used by BMC AMI DevX Abend-AID, BMC AMI DevX Abend-AID for CICS, BMC AMI DevX Code Debug for CICS, and BMC AMI DevX Code Debug for TSO.

Tip

DDIO files formatted using one of the following four utilities cannot be manipulated using any of the other following four utilities.

CWDDSUTL

CWDDSUTL creates and maintains report and source listing files that can be used by the following products: BMC AMI DevX Abend-AID, BMC AMI DevX Abend-AID for CICS (for source listing and DSECT files only), BMC AMI DevX Code Debug for CICS, BMC AMI DevX Code Debug for TSO, TSO (for C language, VisualAge PL/I, and Enterprise PL/I LONGNAME support, see Source Listing Databases and Shared Directories).

CWFXSDUT

CWFXSDUT creates and maintains transaction databases and shared directories used by BMC AMI DevX Abend-AID for CICS.

CWAASDUT

CWAASDUT creates and maintains report databases and shared directories used by BMC AMI DevX Abend-AID.

CWDDLPUT

CWDDLPUT creates and maintains source listing databases and shared directories. It can be used by BMC AMI DevX Code Debug for CICS and BMC AMI DevX Code Debug for TSO for source listings and, also by BMC AMI DevX Abend-AID and BMC AMI DevX Abend-AID for CICS for source support.
