USEHASP

Whether Xchange will use messages HASP373/HASP395 in lieu of messages IEF403I/IEF404I for job start/end detection. YES will use HASP messages, and NO will use IEF messages. NO is the default.

Tip

When this parameter is set to YES, a site will be able to run with MONITOR JOBNAMES and MONITOR SESS off and still allow Xchange to function properly. This logic will only work at sites using JES2. JES3 does not generate HASP messages.
