Accessing the Workbench Server logs

You can find Workbench Server logs in the following locations:

  • Linux: 
    • Default location: /opt/BMC/WorkbenchServer/data/.devx-workbench/Applog/workbench-log.log
    • Custom location: $USER_DEFINED_LOCATION$/data/.devx-workbench/Applog/workbench-log.log
  • Windows:  
    • Default location: C:\ProgramData\BMC\.devx-workbench\Applog\workbench-log.log
  • USS:
    • Location: $USER_DEFINED_LOCATION$/data/.devx-workbench/Applog/workbench-log.log

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
