Insert element

When selecting Insert element on an element in the Structure or SQL Selection Criteria column in the Stub Editor (see Structure), it opens the Insert dialog. The dialog is similar to the Select Layout dialog described in Select Layout Dialog, with additional Scope selections. Either enter a new layout definition for the element to be inserted or select an existing layout from the current project's Structure folder. The change in the layout will only affect the selected element, either only for the selected record or all records.

Change all records using current interface

Select this option to insert the selected element for all records in the stub using the current interface.

Change only selected record

Select this option to insert the selected element only for the current records.

OK

Click the OK button to execute the insertion of the selected element.
