Component Stubs

The Component Stub migration wizard works similar to migrating test scenarios and the status codes are the same. Only difference is that in the component stub migration wizard you will have to choose for which environment to check consistency.

The example from the test scenarios migration also contains component stub files with same names as the test scenarios and with same type of differences.

Complete the following steps to migrate component stubs

  1. Right-click on a parent folder or project and choose Total Test > Migrate Total Test Component Stubs. This will open the migration wizard and show all component stubs (.xastub files) found.

  2. Select the environment for which the stubs should be analyzed, and they will be analyzed automatically.
  3. Select a file to see the suggested changes.
  4. Click Migrate selected to migrate the files.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
