Find tasks for Generate Impacts

In the Task View, Assignment View, and Release View, users can search by tasks to list in the Generate Impacts View.

To find tasks for Generate Impacts:

  • In the supported view, select two or more tasks, right-click the tasks, and select View>Generate Impacts.
  • From the Container View, users can search for generate impacts for tasks in the container. Right-click the required container, and select View>Generate Impacts.
  • From the Generate Impacts View, click magglass.gif.

The Find Tasks for Generate Impacts dialog is displayed. Specify the required values in either Assignment or Release, Application Stream, SubAppl, Level, and Application group fields, and click OK. The dialog box populates with tasks that match the filter.

Important

It is mandatory to select the values in either Assignment or Release and Level to proceed to the next step.
