Toolbar buttons in the JES Explorer view
The following table shows the icons available in the JES Explorer view:
Icon | Name | Description |

| Refresh | Refreshes the jobs displayed in the view |
| Open Saved Jes Search Request | View the list of JES search requests that you have saved. The saved search requests are displayed in the JES Search Requests window. |
| Save Jes Search Request | Save your search |
| Purge | Purges one or more selected jobs |
| Cancel Job | Cancels one or more running jobs |
| Cancel Job with Dump | Cancels one or more running jobs and takes a dump |
| Connect | Opens the Login dialog box to establish a mainframe connection to use with the JES view |
| Extract Job JCL | Opens the default editor containing the JCL from the selected job. From there, you can edit and submit the JCL. You can temporarily save changes to the JCL in the workspace, which gets deleted after submitting the JCL. |
| Re-submit Job | Dynamically extracts the selected JCL and resubmits the job |
| Show Compile Diagnostics | If the job contains a compiler listing, invokes the compile diagnostics feature of the JES Explorer |
