Add Bookmark


You can add bookmarks for one row at one time. By using the Go to Bookmark option, you can find the rows that you have bookmarked. Bookmarks remain for the current page of the editing or browsing session. If you navigate to a new page or close the data display, all bookmarks are removed.

To Access the Add Bookmark Dialog Box:

  1. Right-click the table row you want to bookmark, and select Bookmark or click the Bookmark icon (image2021-8-18_13-38-53.png) on the icon bar. The Bookmark Row dialog box appears.
  2. Enter a name for the bookmark, or accept the default name that appears when you open the dialog box.
  3. Click OK. Your row is now bookmarked, and the Bookmarked icon (image2021-8-18_13-39-33.png) appears in the first column designating that the row is bookmarked.

Go to Bookmark

After you have set up your bookmarks, you can navigate to the bookmarks you have set. Your bookmarks remain for the current page of the editing or browsing session. If you navigate to a new page or close the data display, all bookmarks are removed.

To Access the Go to Bookmark Dialog Box:

  1. First, your bookmarks must be set. For more information, see Add Bookmark. Set as many bookmarks as desired.
  2. You can locate your bookmarks by right-clicking in the left-most column and selecting Navigation and Go to Bookmark from the list. You can also select the Navigation icon (image2021-8-18_13-40-7.png) from the tool bar and select Go to bookmark (image2021-8-18_13-40-34.png) from there. This opens the Go to Bookmark dialog box.
  3. Select the desired bookmark from the list and click OK. You will navigate to the selected bookmark row in your table.

Freeze Columns

Freeze columns allows you to select one or more columns that will remain stationary along the left side of the window while you scroll through your other columns.

To Access the Freeze Columns Dialog Box:

  1. Right-click in the table header area and select Freeze Columns or click the Freeze columns icon (image2021-8-18_13-41-6.png) on the icon bar.
  2. Move the desired columns (one or more) from the Unfrozen Columns list to the Frozen Columns list.
  3. Click OK to return to the table. The columns you selected, will move to the left side of the screen and will remain stationary when you scroll the rest of your table columns.
  4. You can unfreeze your columns by right-clicking in the header area and selecting Unfreeze all columns or clicking the Unfreeze icon (image2021-8-18_13-41-32.png) on the icon bar and your columns will return to their initial position within the table. 

     

     

     

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
