Approvals View

The Approvals view lists change packages and their status. Approvers may use this view to examine and approve or deny or reset approval for a package. Change packages are changes waiting to be signed off by an approver (as defined in Code Pipeline). An approver is a Code Pipeline resource that individual user IDs may be connected to via your security product (for example RACF).

To open the Approvals view

Do either of the following:

  • In a view that supports tasks, right-click a task and select View>View Approvals.
  • From the Window menu, select Show View>Other>Approvals.

To show release information about a task

Click the hyperlink in the Release column for the task for which you want to view release information. The Release view appears and shows the release information for the selected task.

To show set information about a task

Click the hyperlink in the Set column for the task for which you want to view set information. The Set view appears and shows the set information for the selected task.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
