Batch Import Utility

The Data Privacy Batch Import Utility allows you to use the command line instead of the Data Studio’s Data Privacy GUI to perform the following:

  • Import and create a copy of a Data Privacy project
  • Import data elements and source data identifiers into a project.

To execute the Batch Import Utility, follow the execution instructions found in the applicable version of the ImportUtilityBatch file:

  • ImportUtilityBatch.bat for Windows
  • ImportUtilityBatch.sh for Red Hat linux.

These sample batch files are provided along with File-AID Services and can be found in the folder %File-AIDServicesInstallLocation%\File-AID Services\Utilities.

Important

If a batch file is moved to another location, modify the file to correct the paths to Java and File-AID Services jars.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
