To select columns to display
- With the desired report in the report view, from the View menu (
), select Select Columns. The Select Column dialog box appears.
- From the Available columns list, select the columns to be added to the report view display.
- Click Add. The columns are added to the box on the right.
- To rearrange the order of the columns, select a column and click Move Up or Move Down.
- When finished, click OK. The report view refreshes to display the selected columns.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
