To select columns to display


  1. With the desired report in the report view, from the View menu (image2021-8-12_12-21-22.png), select Select Columns. The Select Column dialog box appears.
  2.  From the Available columns list, select the columns to be added to the report view display.
  3.  Click Add. The columns are added to the box on the right.
  4.  To rearrange the order of the columns, select a column and click Move Up or Move Down
  5. When finished, click OK. The report view refreshes to display the selected columns.


 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
