Task 3 Install CES and Total Test

Check that you have set up all of the following tasks:

  1. Install Total Test Repository Server as part of CES. For more information, see Total Test Web Client. 
  2. Configure the Total Test Repository Server to communicate with ECC/HCI and the Functional Test. For more information, see BMC AMI Web Products Installation and Configuration Guide.
  3. Set up the URL of the CES server that you have just installed so that users can start to use the web client for the Total Test licenses.
  4. Define connections to the LPARs on which the ECC or Functional Test z/OS Agent is installed.
  5. Configure CES with Total Test licensing.
  6. (Optional) Configure the CES license to use a cloud license.
  7. Install server certificate from the MongoDB server.
  8. Assign Total Test roles to users.
  9. Set up connections and environments.
  10. Add a component.
  11. Run a component.
