Step 1. Execute customization manager

  1. Execute the CLIST $XWSETUP from the install data set created when you transferred files to the mainframe by entering the following in an ISPF/PDF COMMAND field:

    TSO EX '<Your SMP/E HLQ>.SLCXCNTL($XWSETUP)'
    Warning

    If the installer does not have ALTER authority to <Your SMP/E HLQ>, then the installer must be given that authority or simply copy the members of data set <Your SMP/E HLQ>.SLCXCNTL into another data set where they have ALTER access, such as <UserID>.SLCXCNTL. The low level qualifier MUST be SLCXCNTL

    The SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT screen appears. 

  2. Read the agreement and type 1 to accept the agreement or 2 to reject the agreement. Press Enter. If you accept the agreement, the Welcome screen appears. 
  3. Select option 1 to begin customization.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
