Task 8: To install the database client software required to support related loader bulk load option on the execution server

Related Loader supports Bulk Load Option for Oracle and DB2 databases. To use this option, the Execution Server needs to use the client tools installed with database client software from Oracle and IBM. These client tools need to be installed on each Execution Server machine to be used for the Bulk Load option.

For Oracle: Install the Oracle client. To launch the Oracle Bulk Load utility, install the of SQL*LOADER tool, which is currently not included in the basic Oracle client installation; it is included in the optional installation packages. Follow Oracle documentation to properly configure the Oracle client and the SQL*LOADER tool.

For IBM DB2: Install the IBM Data Server Client. Follow IBM DB2 documentation to properly configure the client.
