Viewing ComparePro Reports

ComparePro reports are generated from the specification results using the Report Wizard. The amount of detail and the number of sections displayed in a report are based on the options selected in the Report Wizard.

To view a report

  1. From the ComparePro window's File menu, select Open > Compare Reports. The Open Compare Reports dialog box appears.
  2. From the Result Repository list, select the repository that contains the report to be opened. The table displays all of the reports in the selected repository.
  3. Select one of the following to filter the results:
    • Show All Reports: Displays all reports in the selected repository.
    • Show Reports for Result: Displays only the reports created for the selected result. Use the list to select a result.
    • Show Reports for Specification: Displays only the reports created for the selected specification. Use the list to select a specification.
  4. Select a report from the table, and click OK. The report appears in the ComparePro window.

Note

Click the name of a column to sort the table based on the values in that column.
