Executing a Compare
A compare specification can be run any time after the connection to baseline and test data is defined. Each specification can be run multiple times. The results from each execution are saved separately.
To execute a compare specification
Do either of the following:
- In the Homebase window, right-click a specification and select Execute.
- From the ComparePro window's File menu, select Open > Compare Specification. The Open Compare Specification dialog box appears. Select the comparison to execute and click OK. From any of the tabs within the ComparePro window, click Run.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
