The basic details of all Applications are defined to Code Pipeline using this option, shown in the following figure and Applications Definition Screen.

Applications Definition Screen

A sample list of Applications defined to Code Pipeline is shown in the following figure. Use line command S beside an individual Application to modify its definition, or D to delete. A new Application can be created by typing A on the Command line.

Field Descriptions

The following table describes each field for adding or modifying Application details:

Two to eight-character Application ID

SubAppl

Two to eight-character SubApplication ID

Generate

Defines whether Generate Parameters are stored in a Db2 table.

Valid values are:

  • D – Stored in Db2
  • N – Stored in an ISPF table

Owner

UserID of the Application Owner

Cross Reference

Defines whether the Cross Reference Facility is enabled for this application.

Valid values are:

  • Y – Enable the Cross Reference for this application.
  • N – Cross Reference not used.

Owning Appl Grp

Application Group to which this application belongs (must be a valid entry in the M.AG table).

Sox

This field is not used.

Description

Brief description of the application.
