Upgrade using the Reinstall method

This procedure uses the reinstall method to upgrade Workbench for Eclipse, which will vary depending on whether you are using the Workbench for Eclipse client or an Eclipse IDE.

To Reinstall the Workbench for Eclipse Client

  1. Uninstall Workbench for Eclipse by using the Control Panel, then selecting Programs and Features > Workbench for Eclipse > Uninstall. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  2. Install Workbench for Eclipse by following the instructions in Installing-Workbench-Client.

To Reinstall the Workbench for Eclipse Features within an Eclipse IDE

  1. Uninstall the Workbench for Eclipse features by following the instructions in the Eclipse IDEhelp topic, “Uninstalling software (aka uninstalling features)”.
  2. Install Workbench for Eclipse features by following the instructions in Install Topaz Workbench features into an Eclipse IDE, IDz or an existing Topaz Workbench Client.
