31-bit support

Code Debug TSO runs as an ISPF dialog box in the TSO region under the MVS operating system. Code Debug TSO modules reside above the 16 MB line, except for the I/O modules. You can execute any programs that are AMODE(31) or RMODE(ANY) with Code Debug TSO.
