Description

The TSO command executes TSO commands from within an Code Debug TSO Dialog Box (2.2) environment when Code Debug is in control — that is, when you are able to execute Code Debug commands.

The following is the parameter description for the TSO command:

tso-command-and-operands

Any eligible TSO command and its operands.

Usage Notes

  1. The following commands are not eligible parameters for the TSO command:

    CALL           LINK            RENAME
    CANCEL         LOADGO          RUN
    EDIT           LOGOFF          SPF
    END            LOGON           SUBMIT
    EXEC           OUTPUT          TERMINAL
    ISPF           PDF             TEST
    ISPSTART       PROTECT         WHEN
  2. Your site may have additional restrictions on the use of the TSO command.

Example

To invoke the list catalog command processor, enter the following on the command line:

   TSO LISTC
