Accessing a List of Db2 Tables

This section discusses how to use the Code Debug CICS File Utility to access and modify IMS databases defined to your CICS region and/or the DBCTL region to which your CICS region is attached.

Important

A sample BMC database was used to generate the screens shown in this section. Since the database you access will be different, your screens will vary from those shown. Use this section simply as a model of how to access your database.

The demonstrations in this section should be performed in Code Debug’s standard operating mode — not one of the three restricted modes. For more information, see the Code Debug CICS Reference Manual.
