Installing

This section provides information related to install or update toCode Coverage17.02.

Steps Involved

The steps involved in installation are:

  1. Order Code Coverage and its companion products, including the latest maintenance, via BMC's Product Ordering web page or by contacting BMC Support.

  2. Read this space and complete each of the milestones to:
    1. Ensure companion products have been installed and configured with the latest maintenance and that the license for Code Coverage has been imported.
    2. Perform the SMP/E installation of Code Coverage according to the BMC Installer Mainframe Products SMP/E Installation.
    3. Implement the BMC PARMLIB.
    4. Install the Code Coverage product.
    5. Verify the installation of the Code Coverage product.
    6. Perform additional configuration for Workbench for Eclipse.
    7. Troubleshoot any problems with the installation.
