Configure Abend-AID — new installation

This milestone guides you through configuration of a new, first-time installation of Abend-AID, using the Abend-AID Configuration and Customization Dialog. To configure a new installation of Abend-AID, you need to step through the Abend-AID Configuration and Customization dialog panels to generate the JCL necessary to configure the following licensed Abend-AID components:

• Abend-AID Viewer (viewing server), which is required for all sites
• Batch Abend-AID
• Abend-AID for CICS
• Abend-AID for Db2
• Abend-AID for IDMS
• Abend-AID for IMS requires no further configuration
