Configuring Abend-AID Web interface links

When you click Abend-AID in the AMI Products for Web UI, the Abend-AID View links page is displayed. Abend-AID viewers provide the data that you need to quickly identify and resolve application failures, and analyze and clearly present data for all IT levels.

If no Abend-AID Viewer links were previously created, you must create new links by clicking Maintain links. If Abend-AID Viewer links were created, they appear as cards on the Abend-AID Viewer links page and the Maintain links option appears on the right side of the page.

Accessing-Abend-AID-via-the-Viewer-in-CES

To configure a new Abend-AID Web Interface Domain link:

  1. On the Abend-AID Viewer links page, click Maintain links.
  2. On the Abend-AID Viewer link maintenance page, click Add.
  3. Specify the relevant Viewer name.
  4. To define the URL, select the relevant protocol (HTTP or HTTPS), and enter a domain name and port number where the Abend-AID Web Interface resides. Port number 48226 is the default port for the Abend-AID Web Interface.
  5. Click Tick_Icon2.pngto save the new link. To discard the changes, click Cross.png.

The saved Abend-AID Viewer link appears in the list on the Abend-AID Viewer link maintenance page and also on the Abend-AID Viewer links page.

Click Close to return to the Abend-AID Viewer links page. For information about using the links, see Accessing-Abend-AID-via-the-Viewer-in-CES.

To edit a domain link, click Edit.png. To delete a domain link, click Delete.png.
