Troubleshooting CES administering issues


The following table lists troubleshooting scenarios that you might encounter while administering CES:

31. Team profile changes not saving.Ensure you have the necessary privileges to edit team profiles. Verify that the team profile details are correctly entered and that CES has write permissions. If security is enabled, only users with the Workbench Team Profile Administrator role can edit all profiles. Users with the Workbench Team Profile Exporter role can only edit profiles if they are members of all associated groups or if the profile is not associated with any groups.
