Configuring issue tracking


As an administrator, you can use the Issue tracking page to configure integration between the BMC AMI products and Atlassian's issue tracking system - JIRA. You can leverage this integration from the Abend-AID web viewer or iStrobe to log issues directly in JIRA on the Submit Fix Request page.

The integration enables re-creating rich issue and storing debugging information in JIRA. You can then use this information to track the issue and assign it to an application development team for resolution. Users of the BMC AMI DevX Workbench for Eclipse product can access the JIRA and import the fix request attachment to automatically configure a debugging session to re-create and fix the issue.

On the Issue tracking page, you can move a column, refresh the table, delete one or more row entries, search, filter, and sort the values in the table, and choose how many records you want to view in the table. For more information about these actions, see Common-UI-actions.
