Adding a security group

You can add a security group and assign user roles in the Add group dialog box.

The LDAP security group creation UI has some fields that are different from other security groups. You cannot configure LDAP users via the CES UI; they can be configured from the LDAP server only.

To create an LDAP security group, make sure that you have enabled the LDAP authentication mode with the Use LDAP Groups option enabled, in the Security settings page. For more information, see Securing-access-to-administrative-functions.
