FUNC keyword

Use the FUNC keyword to identify the function to be performed for all data set groups or areas that are defined within the change accumulation group (CAGRP-keyword) or the database data set group or recovery group (DBDSGRP-keyword).

Uses

Optional on the GROUP control statement.

Use the FUNC keyword in conjunction with the following keywords:

  • CAGRP
  • DBDSGRP

The FUNC keyword has no meaning and is ignored when specified with the NAME keyword.

  • IC—Image Copy function
  • AIC—Asynchronous Image Copy function
  • OIC—Online Image Copy function
  • AOIC—Asynchronous Online Image Copy function
  • IIC—Incremental Image Copy function
  • AIIC—Asynchronous Incremental Image Copy function
  • CIC—Copy Image Copy function
  • ACIC—Asynchronous Copy Image Copy function
