This space contains detailed information about the BMC Image Copy utility that is available with the BMC AMI Backup and Recovery for IMS product and the IMAGE COPY PLUS (ICP) product.

This online documentation is intended for IBM IMS database administrators, IMS system programmers, and others who are responsible for managing IMS databases.

You should have a working knowledge of IMS, the operating system, and JCL. You should also be familiar with DBRC if you want to use it with the backup functions.
