This value must start in column 1.
NAME | (Required) Specifies the name of the segment to which the insert limit count is to be applied. |

LIMCT | Specifies the insert limit count, which is the number of segments for each area that will be placed in root-addressable storage before the utility will place segments in other storage locations. The value specified can be up to 4 digits with a maximum value up to 9999, and is not required to be right-justified. |
