Methods for Displaying Information About the BISS


The table shows the commands that you can use to display information about the BMC IMS Software Server (BISS) once it is started.

Task You Want to Perform

Action to Take

Display the status of the BISS

Specify either:

  • F BMCISERV.ssid, DISPLAY
  • F ssid, DISPLAY

For example, for a subsystem ID of BISA, specify either:

  • F BMCISERV.BISA, DISPLAY
  • F BISA, DISPLAY

If the information is not displayed on a terminal, locate the NSLPRINT data set in SYSOUT.

Locate information about the BISSs that are active

During the reorganization or clone, locate the report in the NSOPRINT data set in SYSOUT.
