Use the SIC keyword to specify which copy of an image copy data set to select as input.
Access to copy 2 of an image copy data set is provided through the DBRC RECONs. Automated access to additional copies 3-10 is provided through the Recovery Manager (RMGR) repository and the Recovery Extensions feature. For more information, seeRECOVERY MANAGER for IMS documentation.
The Incremental Image Copy function is the only function in the Change Accumulation utility that can use additional image copy data sets as input.
The utility ignores the SIC keyword if you specify DBRC(N).
Optional in global options modules Optional on the following control statements:

---

---
| Specify one of the following values: | Use the primary image copy data set. If the primary image copy data set is flagged as IN ERROR, use secondary copy 2 if it is registered in the DBRC RECONs and is not flagged as IN ERROR. If secondary copy 2 is not usable, the task fails. |
---
Select the second image copy data set, as recorded in the DBRC RECONs. If the secondary image copy data set is not registered in DBRC or is flagged as IN ERROR, the utility uses the primary image copy data set as input.
---
Select copy n (3-10) of the image copy data set, as recorded in the Recovery Manager (RMGR) repository. If the specified image copy data set is not registered in the RMGR repository, if it is not usable, or if the Recovery Extensions feature is not active, the task fails. WarningImportant If you specify n and the RMGR repository is secured by your system authorization facility (such as RACF), the utility job must have authority to update the RMGR repository.
