Send a Message to a User or all Users (MSG)

You can send a message to a user, or all users. The messages appear on the COPE main screen. The persons receiving the messages can read them and delete them. You can also delete messages you have sent. You would send a message to ALL users as follows:

=====> MSG ALL P NOTHING LIKE A PINK MESSAGE TO CHEER UP A LOGON SCREEN

This would appear on every user's screen, in pink if you have color screens, on a =MSG=> line (max 4 lines):
